Notice is hereby given that Sheridan County will canvass the results of the November 8, 2022 Federal General Election at 9:00 AM on Monday, November 21, 2022, at the Commissioner’s Office in the Sheridan County Courthouse.

Notice of Post-Election Audit


Notice is hereby given that the Sheridan County Elections Department will conduct a Post-Election Audit, which is done to test the accuracy of the ballot scanning machines used in the November 8, 2022 Federal General Election. The Secretary of State’s Office instructs each County to conduct a hand count of a sample of the General Election races and compare the results with the machines’ tabulation. The audit will begin on Friday, November 18, 2022, at 10:00 AM in the Clerk and Recorder’s Office.
