Notice is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Sheridan County Board of Commissioners for the 4th Wednesday of September 2022 has been changed.  The next regular meeting is scheduled for Friday, September 30, 2022 at 9:00 a.m.

NOTICE OF CLOSING OF VOTER REGISTRATION

Notice is hereby given that regular registration for the Tuesday, November 8, 2022 Federal General Election will close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2022. 

 

*If you miss this regular registration deadline, you may still late-register for and vote in the election by showing up at the Election Office up to 12:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2022.  Due to legislative changes, registering and voting for the current election on Election Day is no longer allowed.  You may still register to vote on Election Day, but will not be eligible to receive a ballot for that election.  You will be eligible to vote for all subsequent elections.

 

All qualified registered electors of Sheridan County are entitled to vote in this Federal General Election.  Persons who are not presently registered and wish to register may do so by completing a registration form which is available at the Clerk and Recorder's office in the Courthouse.  If a change of precinct has been made because your residence has moved, it is necessary to have your registration transferred to your present address.
